Chair Yoga

Class Description

A series of modified yoga poses navigated from the chair. Chairs offer support and stability, allowing participants with reduced mobility to access the benefits of yoga through slow, controlled movements and focused breathing exercises. We will work through muscle activation and increasing range of motion in spine, shoulders, and hips. Improving balance is an integral part of this class. The chair will act as a prop to help with stability while performing any standing poses. Bring a yoga mat or borrow one of ours.
