Flow Yoga

Class Description

A yoga session that begins softly, then gradually moves through a series of yoga poses (asanas) connected with the breath, creating a sense of flow and strength. Modifications will be demonstrated making this accessible for most. We end the practice with several soothing restorative postures and 5-10 mins of relaxation. Bring a yoga mat or borrow one of ours.
