Class Description
Stretch + Tone is a low-key, low impact 45-min. class designed with all bodies in mind. A variety of toning and stretching exercises are incorporated to help improve your strength, balance, and flexibility. You'll experience stress relief and notice a greater range of motion and strength as you tackle everyday activities like hauling groceries or reaching for something on the top shelf! Class begins standing and then transitions to the floor. We invite you to bring your own yoga mat (or borrow one of ours). Shoes are optional - we'll keep our bodies grounded with little to no impact. Supportive equipment is provided as options to use.
